Terms of Sale

By placing an order on the SleepOG® website you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. At any time SleepOG® has the right to cancel the order before it is dispatched, refunding any money due to the customer.
SleepOG® will endeavour to process the Order and send the Goods within the time period stated at point of purchase. Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are indicative only. Time for delivery will not be of the essence of the Contract and SleepOG® will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the Buyer arising from any delay in the delivery of the Goods howsoever caused. We will not be held responsible for any deliveries delayed due to postal delays or force majeure. In order to contract with SleepOG® you must be at least 13 years of age and can form a legally binding contract under applicable law. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email when we dispatch the item. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit, debit card or PayPal account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the order cost. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit card, debit card or PayPal details before accepting your Order. All prices advertised are subject to such change.

Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an email that acknowledges your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. We take payment from your card, when we process your order and have checked your card details. If we are unable to supply the goods for any reason, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given if you have already paid for the goods.

A contract between us will not be formed until we send you a confirmation email that all of the goods that you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

Pricing, Currencies and Payment

At SleepOG® we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this Website are accurate. In the unlikely event of an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled and any monies paid will be refunded to you. You will be responsible for any taxes applicable in the territory to which the Goods are sent. We will endeavour to deliver to all the United States of America that is accessible by our couriers.

The SleepOG® website is set up for standard US dollar currency enabled for viewing product prices and shopping cart summaries. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

We may use your personal information to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

Returns and Refunds

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.

If any of these apply (misprint, damaged, defective), please email us a detailed explanation at (orders @ sleepog.com) with clear, specific photos of wrong/damaged items and await a reply from the SleepOG® team.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to SleepOG® (orders @ sleepog.com) within 7 DAYS after the product has been received.

If you qualify for a return or refund, the items must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact and items unworn. The qualified return would be at our expense. All of our customers have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our products, in the event of this not being the case, SleepOG® will exercise our legal right of action. If items are soiled and show signs of being worn, the order will not be cancelled and items may be sent back to the customer with full payment due.

Under Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of goods. You must inform us in writing within 7 days of receipt of your intent to exercise this right to:

Please keep evidence of the cancellation notice, such as a copy and obtain a certificate of posting. In this circumstance you will be liable to pay and arrange for the goods to be returned in original condition with original packaging and all tags attached.

Shipping Destinations

SleepOG® sells to United States of America addresses. We are only able to accept orders in this region through the online shop. In the future, we may be able to ship select items, by prior arrangement, to key international destinations. Redemption of Free Product and Discount Codes

From time to time, SleepOG® offers its clients special offers and promotional discounts using promotional discount codes to be used in conjunction with this website. These offers are frequently disseminated via this website and through email to those who have registered for our email database. They are sometimes posted on our website (www.sleepog.com) or announced via other means of communication in conjunction with the promotion of the SleepOG® product collection, including radio and TV broadcasts, internet forums and various online websites and social media.

We encourage our clients to redeem these special offers, but we respectfully ask that you not exploit them. These discounts will be subject to terms and conditions that will be issued with the codes. SleepOG®, at our sole discretion, will determine if all purchasing criteria has been met to qualify for stated discount or free product. If you successfully circumvent the software safeguards of this website in order to receive several free products with your order, then we will (at our sole discretion) remove any extraneous free product from your order or cancel the order in its entirety. Our coupon codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with any other offers. Limit one coupon code per order. Coupon codes generally expire and are no longer valid for redemption 90 days after their date of generation, but certain coupon codes may have their own redemption period as specified in connection with the coupon code itself. The unauthorized reproduction, resale, modification, or trade of coupon codes is prohibited. Coupon codes are void where prohibited, taxed or restricted.
