Shipping Policy

Due to the current state of tarrifs, etc. please take notice that it MAY take around 14 to 23 days for your item(s) to be received. Possibly sooner, but cannot guarantee.

Returns

Before you decide to return any product
  • read this Shipping & Returns Policy, as well as, Terms of Use page (link at bottom of website) very carefully,
  • email SleepOG® (orders @ sleepog.com) with your problem (give details and pictures)
  • and await a reply from a SleepOG® team member, so we can handle it for you. 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to SleepOG® (orders @ sleepog.com) within 7 DAYS after the product has been received. If you qualify for a refund, the items must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact and items unworn. The qualified return would be at our expense. For additional information, make sure to read the Terms of Use page here or at bottom of SleepOG® website.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

As well, if you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please email SleepOG® (orders @ sleepog.com) immediately and within 7 days, describing in detail the exact problem you see, along with a clear, specific picture to validate the problem.

There are two returns facilities – Charlotte or Dallas. Please review your package receipt for the CORRECT return address (only after you email SleepOG® with your product problem).  Your return facility will be the one located closer to you. Depending on where you are located, you returns must be sent there.

1. Charlotte address: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273, OR, 2. Dallas address: 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas 75019.

Once the returned shipment has been received from the return facility, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Please keep a look out for the correspondence in your inbox (spam, promotional boxes, etc.)

Wrong Address:

When you place your order online, double check the address you type in for the delivery address.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed:

Shipments that go unclaimed at the (delivery company, postal center, etc) are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Size Exchanges:

At this time, we don’t offer size exchanges.

If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section and listed in the bottom menu, under ‘Size Guide’. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know via email at (orders @ sleepog.com) within a week after receiving your order.

Refunds:

Please review the Full Returns and Refunds section, under Terms of Service here.

*After you read, and conclude it is possible, make sure to include your order number and clear, specific photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
